Top 10 Indian states in attracting domestic & foreign tourists

Andhra Pradesh holds a unique characteristic in the Indian Travel & Tourism space – It is ranked #1 for the most popular state for domestic tourism – But, as far as the foreign tourism is concerned, it does not even rank within the top 10 states.

• Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu are the most popular destinations for both the domestic and the international travelers.
• Bihar, Goa and Kerala are ranked within the top 10 foreign tourism space – while not being in the top 10 of domestic tourism.
